Compulsory Fees
The tuition fees for each qualification offered by SafeZone Training are outlined in the Fee Schedule provided before enrolment. This schedule includes comprehensive details on total fees, payment terms, charges for additional services, and any advance payments.

SafeZone Training does not offer payment plans; however, Zip Pay and Afterpay are available. Failure to pay fees may lead to the cancellation of registration and withholding of qualifications or statements of attainment.

Refund Policy
Students receive the refund policy and enrolment form prior to enrolling. Refund information is always available from the Student Support Team.

– There is a non-refundable $100 booking fee.
– Fee refund applications are considered on a case-by-case basis.
– Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the CEO using the Fee Refund Application, which can be obtained from the Student Support Team.
– The CEO is responsible for approving fee refund applications.
– Course cancellations after acceptance by SafeZone Training can be made without penalty up to 7 days before the course starts and must be submitted in writing via email. A full refund minus the non-refundable enrolment fee will be issued with 7 or more days’ notice.
– Cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice will not receive a refund.
– Accepted students who withdraw after the course begins due to unforeseen or exceptional circumstances can apply for a fee refund. If approved, fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis, based on the remaining days of the course.
– SafeZone Training defaults if a course does not start on the scheduled day or is cancelled. No student will be disadvantaged in such cases.
– Fee refunds will be issued within 14 days of request if SafeZone Training defaults and within 28 days if the student defaults.
– SafeZone Training’s dispute resolution processes do not limit the student’s right to seek other legal remedies. This agreement does not remove either party’s right to take further action under Australia’s consumer protection laws for unpaid and overdue fees.
– Students may contact the Australian Skills Quality Authority to file a formal complaint.
– This refund policy is subject to review and may be updated according to the change of conditions policy outlined below.
– Students are entitled to a refund for services not provided by SafeZone Training if the arrangement is terminated early or if SafeZone Training fails to deliver the agreed services.
– Refund applications may take up to 10 working days to process, and refund payments will be finalized no later than 21 days after receiving the form.

Cooling-Off Period
While there is no cooling-off period under Consumer Law, our refund policy offers generous terms if a student decides not to proceed with their course enrolment.

Change to Conditions
SafeZone Training reserves the right to alter fees, conditions, course times, or start dates. You will be informed of any changes to our operations as soon as possible. If any changes impact your training or assessment, including those related to third-party arrangements or changes in ownership, you will be notified promptly.
